Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, your current billing period finishes first.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
You’ll see an upgrade prompt when trying to create new monitors. Existing monitors continue running normally — we never pause your monitoring.
How does the extra endpoints add-on work?
On Dev and Pro plans, you can add more monitors beyond your plan limit in blocks of 10 for $3/month each. They’re billed monthly alongside your plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Dev and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start the trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically each billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
